My Story
My path in natural health began over 30 years ago as a Yoga Teacher and Massage Therapist. Wanting to deepen my knowledge, I completed a Bachelor of Naturopathy in 2006 and a Graduate Diploma in Naturopathy in 2007 at the University of Western Sydney.

In 2008, I worked as a Naturopath at Pure Botanicals in Sydney. The following year, I relocated to the beautiful Southern Highlands and opened my own clinic in Bowral. In 2019, my practice moved to Mittagong, where I continue to support clients today.

Teaching Through Food
In 2014, I founded The Naturopath’s Cooking School and ran monthly cooking workshops until 2020. These sessions focused on wholefood, healing-based nutrition and helped clients reconnect with food as medicine in a practical and enjoyable way.
I now offer private, one-on-one cooking classes that are tailored to your specific health needs and lifestyle.

Retreat Work
From 2017 to 2021, I worked with Petrea King at the Quest for Life Centre, offering naturopathic consultations and massage therapy on monthly retreat programs. These programs supported individuals living with cancer, PTSD, mood disorders, and other chronic health conditions.
It was deeply meaningful work that strengthened my commitment to holistic, compassionate care.
