Craniosacral Therapy
The craniosacral system includes the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround, protect, and support the brain and spinal cord. This system plays an important role in the health and function of the central nervous system.
Throughout daily life, physical strain, emotional stress, injury, and postural habits can contribute to patterns of tension within the body. Over time, these patterns may affect comfort, mobility, and overall wellbeing.
Craniosacral therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach that uses light touch to assess and support the body’s natural rhythms. Subtle techniques are applied to encourage the release of tension within connective tissues and to support nervous system regulation.
Many people experience this therapy as deeply relaxing. By helping the body move out of stress patterns and into a more balanced state, craniosacral therapy can support both physical ease and emotional wellbeing.
Sara-Jane has been a Massage therapist for 25 years with ongoing training in many different styles of Massage Therapy, including Hot Stones Massage, Craniosacral therapy, Ka Huna Massage, Lymphatic drainage and Do Terra Essential Oil Therapy.
Energy Therapy/Reiki
Energy therapy, or Reiki, is a gentle hands-on practice that promotes relaxation, stress relief, and overall wellbeing.
This approach is based on the understanding that the body is influenced not only by physical processes, but also by subtle energetic patterns. In Reiki philosophy, a vital life force energy flows through each of us and contributes to our sense of balance and vitality.
When we experience prolonged stress, emotional strain, or physical challenges, this energetic balance may feel disrupted. Reiki aims to support the body’s natural capacity to restore harmony by encouraging a state of deep relaxation and nervous system regulation.
Sessions are typically calm and restorative, with light touch on the body. Many people feel deeply relaxed, centred, and more at ease following treatment.

Lymphatic Massage
Lymphatic massage is a gentle, rhythmic technique that supports the body’s natural lymph flow. The lymphatic system helps remove waste, excess fluid, and toxins while supporting immune function.
Using light, precise movements, the massage encourages fluid to move toward key lymph nodes in the abdomen, neck, underarms, and groin. The treatment is relaxing and restorative.
It can help with fluid retention and swelling, supporting immunity, skin health and overall detoxification
By assisting the body’s natural drainage, lymphatic massage promotes a lighter, more balanced feeling throughout the body.
