Here is a great recipe with as many variations as you can imagine. All you need is access to a kettle for adding boiling water. This Mocktail is simply delicious - perfect for these hot days and easy when limes are in season. Ingredients: 4 cups of ice 2 limes, rind removed 1 cup of coconut milk 1/4 cup coconut nectar 1/3 cup mint leaves powdered cinnamon for garnish and mint leaves (optional) Method: Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish.
